My name is Matthew Miller and I am working with the Hamlet of Pangnirtung through the Engage North program based out of the University of Alberta. I grew up in Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario and have a professional background in Water Resources Engineering and Water Management. I am currently finishing my Master’s of Science in Integrated Water Resources Management from McGill University. I am passionate about anything outdoors, music and spending time with family and friends. Here are some observations from my time in the great community of Pangnirtung, Nunavut.
